Each garment is a unique piece made via a handmade process.  The aesthetic attributes may include slight imperfections in color or fabric and mending. This is not a default, though a feature we embrace as artistic quality.

1. Shipping

EIGENBROTLER ships worldwide from our studio in Norway.


Large orders may ship in multiple packages. Available stock (if applicable) will be dispatched within 1-2 days working days.  Delivery time is usually 5-7 working days within Norway.A pre-order takes between 4-6 weeks for production. 


Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight, and the destination of delivery. We will share all delivery options based on your order and destination prior to purchase.

International Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside of the EU may face additional taxes and duties in the country of delivery. 

Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable.

All international taxes, customs, and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs, or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exchanges and Refunds

To exchange an item, return the item and place a new order.

The products made-to-order are not returnable and refundable. Therefore please make sure to order the correct size, colors, or fit. However, we do promise to work with you to ensure satisfaction is achieved through garment adjustments.   

3. Refund process

Refunds can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of the date you receive the order.

To return an item, please email info@eigenbrotler.no  and include:

  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order
  4. Your request

We will do our best to accommodate your refund request. Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and await return instructions from our studio before proceeding.  

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Shipping back to our studio is covered by the buyer.

Returns must be sent by tracking service only. We are not responsible for any lost items during transportation.

** All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

4. Faulty Items

If an item is considered damaged or faulty, to be eligible for a refund, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide as much information and imagery as possible relating to the defect. Please email: info@eigenbrotler.no and be sure to also include your name, order number, and address for reference. 

Please note that we are able to track when an order has been successfully delivered, so it is always best to open and review the order as soon as possible to allow time to contact us if necessary.

5. Paypal

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.


EIGENBROTLER's goal is to describe the products on the website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. EIGENBROTLER cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
